Artist's Comments

Well he may be driving a red car in the V8 Supercar enduros this year, but Glenn Seton's blood must still run blue. Here he leads the chasing pack (which includes, in the Falcon with pink accents, V8 Ute racer and former rugby league player Jack Elsegood) in one of the Muscle Car Masters' Group N races.

The 'Baby Faced Assassin' would rarely be headed across the weekend, showing he hasn't lost a great deal of speed over the years...

Update 25 September 2008: In what must be a record, I've replaced an image after just two days. Didn't like the original. Do like this one...

Very beautiful colors.
And the angle is great, as usual :)

Is that a Ford Capri?

Thanks as always, Michael. And yes indeed it is! Much less common on racetracks here than in Europe, which is why it's nice to see one. And that this one is in the hands of a great driver makes it even better...

Ahh... the original was pretty much untouched, save for some contrast edits. I really didn't like it after a few hours!

My uncle used to have one of those 20 years ago.. Isn't it great that they still race with these? :)

My thoughts exactly. It's so nice to see such a wide array of cars at an event like this, all of which have been lovingly kept (or restored) after all these years. Mind you, the way some guys drive them... :P
